Michael Muir
President & CEO

As President and CEO, Michael founded Logistics Software in 1995 and is responsible for day-to-day operations, research and development as well as establishing strategic relationships to ensure Logistics Software always matches customer needs with the right solution.

Over the last 25+ years, Michael has been hands-on in all aspects of software engineering, from needs assessment to architecture and application development. His broad range of experience helps Michael to not only ensure that solutions offered are flexible but also rapidly developed and implemented.

Tony Le Piane

As Vice-President, Tony is responsible for business growth and managing existing customer relationships. Since joining Logistics Software in 1998, Tony has contributed towards transforming Logistics Software into a leader in customs clearance software.

Tony works closely with our development team to manage quality control and get an in-depth understanding of our solutions. This enables him to better provide training and ongoing customer service to senior management.

Prior to joining Logistics Software, Tony owned and operated an enterprise software consulting firm responsible for the development of mission-critical, custom applications.

Fauzia Khan
Vice-President, Customer Relations

Fauzia is responsible for managing existing customer relationships, project management, and supporting the accounting team.

Fauzia's expertise includes spearheading projects to successful implementation, effectively guiding cross-functional staff in various departments, and conducting training and development sessions for all levels of retail employees, from management to the front-line staff. Fauzia's strengths include, building strong relationships with business partners, developing deep business acumen, and an experienced change leader that effectively navigates her teams through complex changes.

Over a 25 year career with TD Canada Trust, Fauzia has held a variety of senior management roles within the retail, corporate, and online channels primarily focused on customer service and management.

Nathan Muir
Product Support Manager

Nathan leads our customer support efforts, being responsible for compliance, technical inquiries, product quality assurance, and user documentation.

Through his studies at Seneca College's International Transportation and Customs program, Nathan has developed a solid understanding of the logistics and customs brokerage industry, helping him better serve customers and aligning our company to our customers' needs.
